Here’s a little more about my work with this client…

As the project manager and sole copywriter, content writer, editor, and SEO, I worked closely (and 100% remotely) with a small team: a virtual assistant in the Philippines, a graphic designer in Hawaii, the owner in Australia, and IT support in India. We communicated through Slack and Loom, with the occasional one-on-one Zoom meeting between me and the client.

Our target market is mainly across Australia and the United States, with devoted repeat clients across Europe, Central America, and in countries like India and South Africa. The demographic is a highly sensitive adult struggling to navigate trauma, awakening, finding their purpose, and the like. As such, all branding — in design and verbiage — has to express safety, hope, and gentle support that has proven its effectiveness. I led the team in creating and ensuring every aspect of the user journey perfectly meets this need.

Besides driving lead gen. and sales, I produce every deliverable with the simultaneous goal of positioning the client as the leading expert in her niche through SEO, PR, and marketing.

This website runs on WordPress and Active Campaign (plus email marketing via MailChimp and sales gen. via Kajabi). I’m an expert in all of them.
